Library Card Assistance
Are you trying to sign up for a new library card? Do you need help with your library account or password? Simply fill out this form to get assistance! Library staff will then get in touch through email to help with your request.
New Library Card
When signing up for a new card using the form, you do need to be a Colchester resident. While we do have nonresident cards available, they need to be signed up for in person and do not have access to our digital collections.
To make your card permanent, we will need to see a photo ID and proof of residency. These can be sent to us over email. If you are unable to include them, we can still set up you up with a temporary account in the meantime, that will last for a couple of months.
