Overview
The Department of Buildings administers the city's building construction, permitting and housing inspections. The Department is responsible for the enforcement of state and local codes as well as the city's zoning ordinances and various local laws.
Building Permits
- Incomplete Building permits will not be processed, please be sure to have everything filled out before submitting a permit.
- Please allow a 10-14 day turn around for permit processing
- Please allow 24 hour notice to schedule building permit inspections
